Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1- 3 business days of placing your order, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
During busy and promotional periods, there may be slight delays in processing orders.
Delivery Time: Most items ship within 7- 15 business days depending on your location.
However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
If you would like to place an order with us but you are not located in this area. Please contact our customer service staff and if we can deliver to your location, we will assist.
Shipping Methods
To meet your needs, we may choose different shipping methods and carriers depending on your location and the size of the item you purchase.
Shipping Costs
Regardless of product size, weight, and delivery area, we charge a flat shipping fee for every order. You will see the specific shipping cost on your invoice and during checkout.
To be more precise: $6.99 is the shipping fee for all current orders.
Lost Parcels
othaharvey.store is not responsible for incorrect shipping information during checkout. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing your order.
othaharvey.store is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after the delivery status is “Delivered”.
Taxes and Duties
For customers located anywhere in the world outside the United States, the price you pay at checkout will not include import duties and sales taxes. Additional fees may apply when you receive your order.
Important Information
We cannot cancel orders once they have left our warehouse.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to payment confirmation and/or stock availability.
Your package is wrong/damaged
We will be very careful so that your order arrives in the best condition. If your order was damaged, we are very sorry.
