A. Return Policy

Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot process refunds or exchanges. To be accepted for return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item being returned is of high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.

As soon as we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email to let you know how it is progressing. If your return is accepted, we’ll credit your credit card or other original payment method with the refund. Depending on the rules of the card issuer issuing your card, you will receive the credit in a specific number of days.

In the event that a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, customers may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If it has been more than 30 days, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

If there is damage or defect to the item or the wrong item was received, the customer must provide a photo of the item received showing the problem and contact us within 30 days of receipt via [email protected]. Once we review this information, a refund will be issued based on evidence provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to the sender by the courier due to incorrect Address Information provided by the customer or a Missed Delivery Attempt by the courier, we will NOT be responsible for a refund, Refund or resend the package.

Any product loss due to the security of the customer’s living area (as long as the shipping carrier confirms the order has been delivered) will NOT be eligible for returns and refunds. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it.

Shipping fees will NOT be refunded once items have been shipped.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Replace (if any)

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a free replacement. We usually do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to customer errors such as choosing the wrong size, style, color, etc.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Requests for modifications and cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the order’s placement. If you want to change or cancel your order, do get in touch with us as soon as you can. Make sure to provide the adjustment you want to make along with your order number, and we will confirm when it has been applied. Order changes cannot be made after 24 hours have passed. Please get in touch with our Customer Support team to find out the status of your order.
