Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM ( Monday to Friday )
Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of placing your order, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
During busy and promotional periods, there may be slight delays in processing orders.
Delivery Time: Most items ship within 7-15 business days depending on your location.
However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
Requests for modifications and cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the order’s placement. If you want to change or cancel your order, do get in touch with us as soon as you can. Make sure to provide the adjustment you want to make along with your order number, and we will confirm when it has been applied. Order changes cannot be made after 24 hours have passed. Please get in touch with our Customer Support team to find out the status of your order.
Regardless of product size, weight, and delivery area, we charge a flat shipping fee for every order. You will see the specific shipping cost on your invoice and during checkout.
To be more precise: $6.99 is the shipping fee for all current orders.
